Terms of Service
2026-10-18
These terms govern the use of Abkus Support: the support engine, the knowledge base and the embeddable widget. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Abkus Support answers customer conversations from the knowledge you provide, escalates to a human when the engine is not confident, and offers a satisfaction score. The widgets and the hosted page are part of the service.
Accounts and your responsibilities
You sign in through the Abkus Hub. You are responsible for the content you add, for having a lawful basis to process your visitors' data, and for the accuracy of the knowledge you publish — an outdated document becomes a wrong answer.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal or deceptive activity, to distribute malware, to harass, to attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, or to collect sensitive data without a proper legal basis.
Your content
You keep ownership of your knowledge and tickets. You grant Abkus the license needed to store and process that content solely to provide the service, including sending relevant excerpts to the AI routing layer described in the privacy policy.
AI answers and human handoff
Answers are grounded in your knowledge, but they can be incomplete. A conversation always has a path to a human. You remain responsible for commitments made to your customers.
Availability
We work to keep the service available continuously, including planned maintenance windows. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Fees and plans
Plans, limits and prices are published in the Abkus Hub catalog and billed by the Hub; this app does not store or negotiate prices. Changes apply from the next billing period, as shown in the Hub.
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription. On termination, access ends and workspace data may be deleted after the recovery window described in the Hub. You can export your tickets as CSV before that.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Abkus is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on an AI answer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the LGPD. Questions: privacy@abkus.com.
