Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund and subscription cancellation guidelines for Abkus Support, managed centrally through the Abkus Hub billing platform.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans for Abkus Support come with an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee for initial subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund with no questions asked.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Abkus Hub Account (Settings > Billing). There are no cancellation fees or retention barriers. Upon cancellation, your workspace remains fully accessible until the end of your current paid billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact support@abkus.com or visit the billing portal in your Abkus Hub Account. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
